Hello there and welcome to our 4th episode in this Festive Mini Shenanigans series as we countdown to Christmas Eve with a different play every day.   Our fourth playwright of this series is Lisa Holzman Marciano (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lisa-holzman-marciano-bba9b527/), a resident playwright for Santa Barbara City College’s Continuing Education theater courses. Her one-acts have been finalists in festivals from California to Pennsylvania. Lisa received a kidney transplant over 34 years ago and is happy to be able to celebrate every holiday, thanks to her donor.   Synopsis: “Christmas without Family?" is a serious comedy about how much work goes into making the holidays special for us, but for the cooks in the family, it can be a thankless job.
