Dr. Rushkoff is a media and cultural theorist, the author of twenty books on technology and society, and host of the Team Human podcast.
Dr. Rushkoff has a PhD in New Media Studies from Utrecht University, and is a Professor of Media Theory and Digital Economics at CUNY/Queens, founder of the Laboratory for Digital Humanism, a Fellow of the Institute for the Future, and has advised organizations from Meetup and Mozillz to the US State Department and the United Nations.
