Cook</p> <p>Edited by Robert Harrower</p> <p><br></p> <p>Summary: </p> <p>When a notice goes out that their building will be torn down to build a parking garage neighbors Lilah, Joe, Wade, and Doug attempt to shut down the attempt with the city court. To attempt to argue their building is a historic landmark they attempt to take a look at the sub basements and find out more of its history.
