Mind the Force is a nerdy podcast about Star Wars & mental health, hosted by Kristine McPartlin and James Abbate. As a retrospective on Star Wars character arcs across the Canon and Legends universe (films, TV, novels, comics, video games, everything!), we examine how a character's experiences and mental health and we reflect on how those experiences can ring true in our own lives. Joined by fellow Star Wars fans and mental health professionals, we look at how their fiction can inform our reality.
