In this episode me and my guest Chelsea Abril explore going beyond the pressure of finding a niche or having your one thing and stepping into the vibrant world of multipassionate entrepreneurship. Together we challenge the age-old narrative of "mastering one craft." This episode is a safe haven for those grappling with the "jack of all trades" stigma and a reminder that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. Questioning the typical entrepreneurial coaching advice, we engage in a candid discussion about the liberation that comes from pursuing a variety of passions and how that is actually the thing that makes you unique. They delve into the value of cultivating a supportive community, the transformative power of Marli's "retreat retreat," and how to navigate your multipassionate path with joy. If you've ever caught yourself overthinking and obsessing over the "right" way to do business, let this episode be your beacon. Don’t miss the wisdom, wit, and warmth Marli and Chelsea bring as they reflect on redefining success.

As both a yoga mentor and the founder of Flow School, Bonnie sheds light on the importance of finding play and passion, especially when in any leadership position. Whether speaking on or off the yoga mat, the advice shared is unbeatable – show up, serve, and own the hell out of your voice. For more invaluable lessons on leadership and authentic expression, check out this episode of the Marli Williams Podcast.
Bonnie's Bio:
I love helping people own the hell out of their voice. Even as a kid, I remember admiring the audacity of people who were brave enough to share and passionate about what they were creating.
My obsession with learning systems, asking boundary-pushing questions and innovating in new ways has collided with the yoga world. I’ve mentored hundreds of yoga teachers around the world to use their own embodied experience and authentic voice. It’s one of my favorite things to amplify people.
Using my background in personal training, movement science, yoga, community building, leadership, and mindfulness, I support others to create lives they’re proud AF about. I have a fierce love for people, the way we give each other permission to live boldly, and how that expands our communities.
Outside of this, I love to hang with my three teenagers, lift heavy weights, dance in the kitchen, and water my 87 plants.
