Gabbie Gonzalez, 24, appeared in court this week twice to answer to charges that she was part of a conspiracy to hire a hit man to murder the father of her child: former boy band singer Jack Avery. Gabbie, her father Francisco Gonzalez, and her ex-boyfriend, Kai Cordrey, all face charges in the alleged plot. But the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office says the person hired to carry out the hit was an FBI agent. Now Jack Avery is speaking about the DA's claims.
