<p>Welcome to season two where I will be sharing BTS as a mum of four, fifo wife & entrepreneur!</p>

<p>This episode is all about evening routines. I share a rough outline of what ours looks like and discuss the compromises I make to balance the needs of my kids, and my own sanity.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>As mentioned in the episode below is a short breakdown of our evening flow:</p>
<p>- home between 4/6pm</p>
<p>- boys play outside, I prep dinner from the menu plan</p>
<p>- sit to eat dinner (80% of the time) with a little gratitude prac</p>
<p>- pjs on and play</p>
<p>- tidy up and snack (fruit, yoghurt, popcorn)</p>
<p>- boys in bed for quiet time with ipads</p>
<p>- in rolling 15 minutes we take Mr 3s ipad and say goodnight, Mr 5s and then Mr 6s</p>
<p>- normally all three littles are asleep before 8:30pm</p>

<p>My routine:</p>
<p>- Shower (with candles, essential oils and music)</p>
<p>- Kettle on while I...</p>
<p>- load the dishwasher, wash dishes</p>
<p>- wipe down benches, dining table</p>
<p>- tidy bathrooms</p>
<p>- check boys clothes are out for next day plus shoes</p>
<p>- pack lunchbags</p>
<p>- pour cuppa</p>
<p>- 7 min evening yoga flow</p>
<p>- sip tea in bed while I read, listen to poddy/audio book, watch tedtalk/netflix doco</p>
<p>- night shift chat with hubby</p>
<p>- lights out at 10/10:30pm</p>
<p>*my teen goes to bed between 10/11pm</p>
