<p>in this episode we dive deep into my word for the year of 2023: transfiguration!!</p><p>transfiguration is the foundational frequency of pearl, and also so much of my work.</p><p>i talk largely about transfiguration as its own distinct energy in the transformative process; what it means to choose to work with a word or energy for a whole year, and how it shapes you; the 47th gene key as it relates directly to this topic; and how not transforming at all can be deeply transfigurative.</p><p>enjoy!!</p>

<p>in today's episode i talk all about one of my favourite literary and filmic hyperfixations: the hunger games series!!</p><p>i wanted to create this episode all about this series which gripped me to my core, a series which i love for its flawed characters, its fascinating storyline, and overall its reflection on our real world today.</p><p>my work is devoted to transformation, breaking cycles, and creating new patterns, and the hunger games innocently encapsulates all of that in a dystopian book series, created for young adults.</p><p>i hope this episode provokes you into contemplating your own cycles, and those we are witness to in current collective reality.</p><p><strong>major spoilers for the hunger games series</strong></p>

<p>in this episode i out myself for being woefully inexperienced in the world of boundaries throughout my life. i speak on times i've played the fool (martyr), and the impact that has had on my life. i touch on being a recovering people pleaser, and the blessing it is when other people set healthy boundaries with you. </p><p></p><p>i also drink tea, and my cat eva makes a guest appearance.</p>
