Sarah Adlakha was born to parents who embodied resilience and responsibility—a mother who fled war-torn Europe and rebuilt her life, and a father shaped by the Great Depression. As the youngest of five, she was raised with hard work, faith, and personal responsibility. A scholar-athlete, Sarah earned a tennis scholarship and graduated with honors before serving as a paramedic, where she saw firsthand the challenges families face in accessing care. That experience led her to medical school and a life devoted to serving others. After residency, Sarah and her husband chose to plant their roots in Mississippi, where they've raised their three daughters. Believing parents know best, they blended homeschooling and Mississippi public schools to meet their children's needs.
