<p>In this episode of <strong>What Went Wrong Podcast</strong>, we are interviewing <strong>Sherman Perryman</strong>. Sherman Perryman is the founder of Militant Grind. Sherman is a tax preparer, an expert in finance and project management, a fitness enthusiast, a devoted husband, and a father to four incredible children.</p> <p>Joining us today, Sherman shares the struggles he faced after graduating college and how his career felt frustrating when the Great Depression hit. He shares his struggles to find any form of employment at the time even with his professional finance background.  </p> <p>Sherman shares his diverse career journey during that time as he got involved in organizing events successfully, did car flipping for extra income, and even joined Wells Fargo and was a top employee before getting laid off. </p> <p>He shares how he got into Tax preparation which changed his life leading to a series of successful business ventures, including commercial real estate. Sherman also touches on faith and how some of his experiences like organizing events were not the most rewarding at their time, but later helped him a lot with relationships later.</p> <p>Sherman shares the best source of new clients in the tax business, the challenges, and how to promote correctly.
