With the British Podcast Awards, every podcast is <strong>judged over multiple rounds</strong> by a <strong>panel of industry experts</strong>. Not by votes or the algorithm. <br>
<br>
I had to submit a short <strong> highlight reel</strong> to showcase what Momfessions is about . I took a <strong>big risk</strong>. I picked the most raw and vulnerable clips that sound nothing like most parenting podcasts.<br>
<br>
So the fact that these raw motherhood moments won is not only a personal achievement. It’s also an achievement for maternal mental health. <br>
<br>
Because this award means that maternal mental health is now recognised as a conversation that needs to be front and center of every motherhood conversation. No longer whispered. No longer hidden. <br>
