With identical 51 to 48 votes, the Senate rejected dueling Democrat and Republican-backed health care bills Thursday, all but guaranteeing that Obamacare subsidies used by more than 20 million Americans and their families will lapse at the end of the year, with some people seeing their health care premiums double and triple in cost.  Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports.
