Today on America in the MorningUS-Iran Agreement Reached U.S. negotiators and their Iranian counterparts have reportedly reached an agreement to extend the ceasefire and re-open the Strait of Hormuz, but President Trump has the final say on the deal.  Correspondent John Stolnis has the latest from Washington.   Confusion Over Carroll Investigation The top federal prosecutor in Chicago denied Thursday evening that his office had opened an investigation into E.
