When Christ and Neighbor Church in Rogers was approached about the Urban Land Institute's Faithful Foundations program, Pastor Scott Page saw an alignment between what his church had been given and what neighbors desperately needed. Scott Page, a lifelong Ozarker, shares why his church said yes to a program that asks congregations to consider affordable housing development as ministry.
