Vaisesika is a monk, author, and spiritual teacher who has spent decades studying ancient wisdom - but don’t worry, this isn’t one of those conversations where you’re expected to abandon modern life and live in a cave! In fact, one of the biggest takeaways for me was how practical his ideas are.</p><br><p>His book, <em>The Four Questions</em>, centres around one simple idea: the quality of your questions shapes the quality of your life.
