High tides at Cedar Key hit around nine-twelve in the morning, with a low tide around three forty-nine in the afternoon. Moving down the coast to the Pinellas beaches, including Clearwater and Saint Pete Beach, we've got similar conditions but with slightly warmer air temperatures climbing to around ninety degrees. Winds stay light from the east in the morning, then turn northwest in the afternoon. Down in Charlotte and Lee County, hitting spots like Sanibel and Captiva, conditions remain practically identical. Lows in the upper seventies, and winds shifting around to northerly initially before turning east and southeast after midnight. Rip current risk remains low everywhere. Now Wednesday brings some changes worth noting. The northern zones stay mostly sunny with low rip current risk and one foot or less surf, similar to today. But down in the central and southern regions around Hillsborough, Manatee, Charlotte, and Lee counties, we're expecting moderate thunderstorm potential with scattered showers and storms possible throughout the day. It'll still be mostly sunny between those storms, and highs again near ninety in the central zones and upper eighties in the south. Surf stays small at one foot or less, and rip current risk remains low across the board.
