Moving down to the Pinellas through Sarasota beaches, including Clearwater, Saint Pete Beach, Bradenton, and Siesta Key, conditions are slightly more active. Today we're expecting moderate rip current risk, so swimmers and waders should exercise caution. It'll be partly to mostly sunny with highs near eighty and north winds ten to fifteen miles per hour. Surf remains minimal at one foot or less. Tonight becomes a bit cloudier with moderate rip current risk continuing, and northeast winds ten to fifteen miles per hour. Lows will be in the upper sixties. Monday improves significantly with low rip current risk, mostly sunny skies, mid eighties, and northeast winds around ten miles per hour.
Finally, our southern zone covering Charlotte and Lee County beaches, including Captiva, Sanibel, and Fort Myers Beach, has a bit more weather activity to track. Today brings moderate rip current risk and moderate thunderstorm potential, so keep an eye on the sky. We're expecting partly sunny conditions with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs near eighty with northeast winds ten to fifteen miles per hour. Tonight the storm chance decreases to low, but moderate rip current risk persists. Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms. Lows in the upper sixties. Monday clears out nicely with mostly sunny skies, low rip current risk, lower eighties, and northeast winds ten to fifteen miles per hour.
