W1ghtH@ is a member of the vigilante hacker group: The Thaw. After assuming a fake identity, he spent two years cryogenically frozen in a Permadorm holding facility. Several months ago, The Thaw staged a cyber attack to rescue him. 

He has a very specific - and troubling - message to impart about cryostasis.
