<p data-renderer-start-pos="1">This week on Accidental Business Owners we talk about one of the hardest decisions we've made so far in business &ndash; which just happens to be shutting this channel down.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="170">2024 has been such a massive year for Seamus, Di and I &ndash; and a few weeks ago we had a pretty intense end-of-year strategic advisory session.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="312">It got pretty real, pretty fast &ndash; and what we all realized was that we'd taken on too much &ndash; and in order to create a sustainable future - needed to find ways of cutting back. Or as Di would say, we needed to go slow, to go fast.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="545">This conversation is all about how, and why, we arrived at the decision to shut down our Business in Between channel.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="664">It was recorded on a Saturday morning, at the tail end of the busiest week of our year &ndash; and there was a little bit of tension in the air.
