Today, we're visioning your possibility closet, identifying what's missing, and making a plan to build INTENTIONALLY. Grab your journal. Let's do the work. IN THIS EPISODE Meditation: Visioning yourself and what you're wearing as you become Exercise 1: Defining Your Becoming Energy (3 steps)<ul><li>Name the energy (3-5 words)</li><li>Describe what that energy looks like</li><li>Ask what that energy needs</li></ul>Exercise 2: Visioning Your Possibility Closet<ul><li>Answer questions about colors, fabrics, silhouettes, categories, overall vibe</li><li>Complete: "My possibility closet is a place where..."</li></ul>Exercise 3: The Gap Analysis<ul><li>What's working? (5-10 pieces you love)</li><li>What's missing? (specific gaps)</li><li>What has biggest impact? (focus item)</li></ul>Exercise 4: Building Intentionally<ul><li>Define your criteria (non-negotiables)</li><li>Create your becoming shopping list (specific, not general)</li><li>Set a timeline (don't rush, find RIGHT pieces)</li></ul>Intentional Shopping Guide<ul><li>Before, during, and after shopping protocols</li><li>3 questions to ask every piece</li></ul>What If You Can't Afford It?<ul><li>Shop your closet differently</li><li>Alter what you have</li><li>Thrift or swap</li><li>Save intentionally ($10-20/month = 1 perfect piece in 6 months)</li></ul>EXERCISE 1: DEFINING YOUR BECOMING ENERGY Not job titles. Not weight goals. ENERGY. Step 1: Name the Energy Pick 3-5 words: Confident? Grounded? Powerful? Playful? Soft? Bold? Expressive? Free? Royal? Creative? Step 2: Describe What That Energy Looks Like "When I'm [energy word], I [action]." Examples:<ul><li>When I'm confident, I stand tall and speak clearly</li><li>When I'm grounded, I move slowly, breathe deeply, feel connected</li><li>When I'm powerful, I make decisions quickly, trust myself, lead with clarity</li></ul>Step 3: Ask What That Energy Needs "To support this energy, I need clothes that [blank]." Examples:<ul><li>To support my confidence, I need clothes that fit well, make me feel amazing</li><li>To support my groundedness, I need clothes that feel good on my skin, don't restrict me</li><li>To support my power, I need clothes that make me feel like a boss, have structure</li></ul>This is your BECOMING ENERGY PROFILE. EXERCISE 2: VISIONING YOUR POSSIBILITY CLOSET Imagine tomorrow you open your closet. It's PERFECT. It supports who you are NOW and who you're BECOMING. Answer:<ul><li>Colors: What colors dominate? What colors make you feel like your becoming energy?</li><li>Fabrics: What textures feel good on your skin?</li><li>Silhouettes: What shapes/cuts make you feel like yourself?</li><li>Categories: What's abundant? What's minimal?</li><li>Overall Vibe: How does it FEEL when you open this closet?</li></ul>Complete: "My possibility closet is a place where [blank]." Nyomi's example: "My possibility closet is a place where every piece makes me feel like the goddess that I am. Where I can get dressed in 5 minutes because everything works. Where I'm surrounded by colors that make me feel powerful, fabrics that make me feel luxurious, and silhouettes that let me move freely. Where I open the doors and feel excited, not overwhelmed." EXERCISE 3: THE GAP ANALYSIS Step 1: What's Working? List 5-10 pieces you LOVE that make you feel like your becoming self. Step 2: What's Missing? Compare current closet to possibility vision. What specific gaps do you see? Examples:<ul><li>Missing: Powerful blazers that make me feel like a boss</li><li>Missing: Flowy dresses in colors that support my goddess energy</li><li>Missing: Comfortable pants that let me move freely</li></ul>Step 3: What Has Biggest Impact? Which ONE piece will shift your closet from pressure to possibility? Circle that. That's your FOCUS. EXERCISE 4: BUILDING INTENTIONALLY Step 1: Define Your Criteria (Non-Negotiables) "I only bring pieces into my closet that:<ol><li>Make me feel [your becoming energy words]</li><li>Support my actual life needs</li><li>Pass the feeling test"</li></ol>Step 2: Create Your Becoming Shopping List Be SPECIFIC. Not "I need tops" but "I need 2 tops in [color] that make me feel [energy] and work for [specific situation]." Step 3: Set a Timeline Give yourself time to find the RIGHT pieces. Not just ANY pieces. Examples:<ul><li>By June 1st, I will have found 1 powerful blazer that makes me feel like a boss</li><li>By July 1st, I will have 3 dresses in colors that support my goddess energy</li></ul>INTENTIONAL SHOPPING Before Shopping:<ul><li>Review your criteria</li><li>Review your becoming shopping list</li><li>Know EXACTLY what you're looking for</li></ul>When Shopping: Ask 3 questions:<ol><li>How does this make me feel?</li><li>Does this support my becoming energy?</li><li>Will I wear this in my actual life?</li></ol>If all 3 are YES → Consider it If ANY are NO → Walk away After Buying:<ul><li>Try it on with other pieces in closet</li><li>Confirm it still feels good</li><li>If YES → Keep. If NO → Return (no shame, no guilt)</li></ul>WHAT IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT?<br />Option 1: Shop Your Closet Differently With becoming energy in mind, go back through what you kept. Style differently. Pair differently. See with new eyes.<br />Option 2: Alter What You Have Can you tailor something to fit better? Dye it a different color? Transform it?<br />Option 3: Thrift or Swap Thrift stores, consignment shops, clothing swaps with friends.<br />Option 4: Save Intentionally Put aside $10-20/month. In 6 months = $60-120 for ONE perfect piece that makes you feel amazing. Building your possibility closet is not about MONEY. It's about INTENTION.
