Description
Have you ever had a moment where it feels like your whole life is falling apart?
Like nothing is stable, nothing makes sense, and you can’t quite understand what’s happening?
I want to talk about that today.
And I want to offer you something different to consider… what if it’s not actually falling apart?
What I’ve learned is this, sometimes what feels like destruction is actually rearrangement. In the moment it feels like grief, loss, confusion, even punishment. But later, when you look back, you start to see something else happening underneath it all.
You start to see that the moments that broke you were also the moments that built you. Grief, relationships ending, illness, starting over, these don’t just take things from us, they change who we are. And sometimes people leave not because something went wrong, but because your life is changing direction. Not everyone is meant to go where you’re going next.
And then there are seasons like the dark night of the soul, when you feel lost, disconnected, and even spiritually quiet. But silence is not abandonment. Sometimes it’s growth. Sometimes it’s life asking you to trust yourself in a deeper way than you ever have before.
So if your life feels like it’s falling apart right now… maybe it isn’t. Maybe it’s being rearranged.
