Henry's life is in your hands. Choose wisely.

Points of Articulation is a serialized participatory sci-fantasy horror novel. In it, we (the audience) follow and puppet a protagonist called Henry. When Henry volunteers for the Pembroke-Wilkins neuroscience trial, he expects to be poked and prodded. What he doesn’t expect is to be followed home by otherworldly monsters, much less to become their unwilling marionette.

Written chapters are released weekly on Tuesdays for free at patreon.com/pointsofarticulation. Each chapter ends in a poll — what should Henry do next? Become a free Patreon member to vote. Episodes are released biweekly on Mondays.

POA18.1 — Halfway Home [Announcement]

Hello dearest Hive Mind,

As the audio reaches the end of Act 2, the written chapters reach the halfway point of Act 3 and the story as a whole, and we approach the one-year anniversary of the first chapter of Points of Articulation, I wanted to give a few quick community announcements. (The above audio provides the exact same info as the written bits below, so pick your poison.)

Anniversary Shenanigans

As you may know, the Hive Mind tends to... misbehave between acts of POA. As we approach the hiatus between acts 3 and 4 — which should coincide with the one-year anniversary — I've enlisted the most devious creatives I know to prepare something even more ambitious than everything we've done before 👀. I'm so so so excited to share it with you all.

If you haven't already, I'd highly encourage you to join the discord, check out our pinterest, and listen to the 101-song Spotify playlist of songs that have inspired POA. (You should do all these things. Ideally on or after April 2nd. That's all I'll say.)

Audio Episodes

As the audio moves into acts 3 and 4, we're adjusting our release schedule. Both due to Life Craziness (smh, real life getting in the way of Spooky Podcast 🙃) and due to some behind-the-scenes changes to our production process (y'all might have a guess as to why, or... you will soon 🔜 ) episodes will release sporadically for the next two months. Come May and June, we'll be back at it with weekly episodes, and some very exciting changes.

Thank you for your patience!

Patreon Tiers

We've made a few adjustments to the pricing and content of our Patreon tiers! We've modified the pricing slightly, but the main adjustment is that I will now be releasing monthly bonus scenes. Think post-credit style snippets — Loo and Ben, Prime and Nara, Henry and Ash, Naomi and Ben, Kaidan and 'Rite — whatever catches my fancy! These are available at the $5 tier, and each will also be available for individual purchase. As a reminder, if you're signing up to a paid tier, make sure to do so in your browser or a non-iOS device, to avoid Apple's unnecessary price hike.

That's all for now! Keep ticking along. 🕰️
