《妙姨正念故事島》是專為兒童打造的中英文原創正念睡前故事。每集以引導式冥想帶領小夢想家們，在靜心與自我肯定中慢慢進入夢鄉。
以柔和的敘事口吻搭配聲音設計為製作基底，每一集都有「呼吸練習」幫助安撫情緒、「魔法口令」支持孩子自我肯定，並融入兒童社會情緒學習（SEL）的概念，讓孩子一邊聽故事故事裡，一邊認識情緒、建立內在力量。
節目設計初衷，是讓孩子聽完真的能放鬆、感到安心、安穩入睡——睡前沒有外在過度的刺激和亢奮，只有被好好照顧的感覺。也因為這樣，不少大人也愛上和孩子一起聽。
本節目曾獲 Podcast 兒童與家庭類前三名、全類別前五十名，深受大小聽眾喜愛。
每個主題首發「中文版」，隔週上架「英文版」——讓孩子在熟悉故事內容後，自然而然練習聆聽英文。

Melgical Sleepytime Stories is an original bilingual bedtime podcast, written and hosted for children by Melody ("Auntie Mel"). Each episode uses gentle guided meditation and imagination-based visualization to lead little dreamers into rest, through stillness, breathing, and quiet self-belief.
