With a wet ass.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In this episode, I talk about going from loving swimming lessons to absolutely dreading them, why moving up a level felt like moving backwards and how much mental energy it takes to re-solve a problem you thought you’d already solved.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This isn’t about forcing kids to participate.
