They are the original or OG members of the 90's group ""Smokey Mountain"" The band name was derived from the ""tambakan ng basura"" in Manila. They are said to be the original PPop or Pinoy Pop Band. The Filipino musical group Smokey Mountain was formed by National Artist for Music, composer, and musical director Ryan Cayabyab in 1989.
