<p>On a humanitarian mission to Gaza, Shehan's driver gave him a thank you that he would never forget.</p><br><p>Leading trauma surgeon, Shehan Hettiaratchy, thinks a lot about kindness in healthcare, not least when he was admitted to his own A&amp;E with kidney stones!
