Characters have 17 skills, each starting at 20% (a basic human-level chance to succeed).</p><p>Players get 10 "pips" which they can assign to boost skills of their choosing. Each pip adds +20% to their window of success, with a maximum of 3 additional PIPs per skill (success window is capped at 80%).</p><p>To do something, players roll a d100.
