A dangerous lightning storm tears through the intermediate area, and Carter and Magnus rush in to stop it before it reaches Turnaround Town. But this wild magic is too powerful to defeat with brute force. After trading old cards for a mysterious Time Card, Carter discovers that the only way to calm the storm may be to slow time itself, fly into the lightning, and connect with the frightened magic at its core.
