Dan Rush, Livio Harris & Mac G / GetEmMacDidIt Launch the Sasha Santiago Radio Show — A New Era in Global Media, Music, and Fashion A New Frequency for a Global Generation Los Angeles, United States - Nov 03, 2026 - The entertainment world is witnessing the convergence of three legendary careers, one visionary artist, and an unstoppable media platform. The Sasha Santiago Radio Show — launched on iHeart Radio and streaming globally — is more than a radio program. It is a cultural movement, a brand ecosystem, and the next chapter in a story written by three titans who have shaped the music industry for a combined total of nearly 100 years. Dan Rush, CEO of PPV Live (Pay-Per-View Live Events); Livio Harris, CEO of Who's Harris Entertainment, Co-CEO of Velocity Entertainment/Velocity Music Publishing, and President of New Peak Entertainment; and Mac G, known internationally as GetEmMacDidIt — have united their decades of industry mastery to elevate recording artist, actress, model, and media personality Sasha Santiago to a global stage. Sasha Santiago herself is a multi-hyphenate force: artist, actress, model, radio show host, and brand ambassador. She is currently starring in the television drama series Sire (EXHALE STUDIOS (@thishallelujah + @I_amsimonej)), building a fashion identity through the Goofi Bougie apparel line, and anchoring the iHeart-partnered radio show that bears her name. As Livio Harris describes it, the goal is nothing less than the Internet's Hot 97 — female-led, culturally commanding, and globally resonant. Crescent Bioresearch Urges Research Entities to Have a Closer Look at Their Certificates of Analysis Amid Increased Number of Potentially Falsified Reports
Crescent Bioresearch urges research entities to check the endotoxin reports behind their materials and to verify results with a second laboratory, after a laboratory asked to confirm a result could not state the endotoxin value or threshold behind its pass. ALBANY, N.Y., Oct. 30, 2026 -- Crescent Bioresearch, a supplier of laboratory compounds, is urging research entities to look closely at the certificates of analysis behind the materials they possess, and to verify their results with a second laboratory whenever the integrity of the reporting laboratory is unknown. The call follows an event in which a laboratory asked to confirm one of the company's results returned an endotoxin report that was nearly blank, and could not say what number its verdict rested on. The event Crescent Bioresearch sent a single sample to an outside laboratory to verify a result it had already received. The endotoxin report that came back was almost empty. It carried the lysate sensitivity of the test and, beside it, one word: pass. It did not state the measured endotoxin value, and it did not state the threshold the sample had been judged against. At first the report raised little concern. To record the result properly, however, the company needed the two figures a pass is supposed to stand for: the value measured and the limit it was compared with. Crescent Bioresearch contacted the laboratory and asked for both. Even when asked directly, and in multiple ways, the laboratory was not able to provide a clear answer for the numerical endotoxin value or the threshold used. A wider pattern Crescent Bioresearch then reviewed endotoxin reports published by other suppliers of laboratory compounds. The same report, from the same laboratory, appeared across many of them: a pass beside a lysate sensitivity, with no measured value and no threshold. Those suppliers appear to have been relying on the reports without knowing what they left out. A pass is a conclusion. It is meant to be the outcome of comparing a measured value with a stated limit. When neither figure can be produced on request, the pass cannot be checked, and a report that cannot be traced back to a measurement cannot be told apart from one that was never measured at all. Why the numbers matter An endotoxin result from the Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) test under USP <85>, the compendial Bacterial Endotoxins Test, rests on three figures. The lysate sensitivity is the lowest concentration the test can detect; it describes the test rather than the sample, and it is often mistaken for the result. The threshold is the limit the sample is judged against. The endotoxin value is the amount actually found. A report that prints only the sensitivity and the word pass shows that a test was named, not what it found. Crescent Bioresearch labels each of the three figures on its annotated endotoxin reports, so a reader can see where every number sits on the page and what it means. Endotoxin, a lipopolysaccharide from the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria, survives the filtration steps that remove the bacteria themselves. In cell-culture and other laboratory models it can produce responses that are easily mistaken for the activity of the compound under study. A research entity that cannot see the endotoxin value cannot rule it out, and the data that follow rest on a figure no one has seen. The four areas to check when validating a report The company urges research entities to take four steps with every certificate they rely on. First, confirm that the endotoxin report states the endotoxin value, the threshold and the test sensitivity, each with its unit, along with the determined pass or fail result. A pass without the value, or the threshold is an incomplete result. It must contain all four parameters to be proven as fact. Second, check whether the reporting laboratory holds ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, the international standard for the competence of testing laboratories, and w

Wysera Launches an AI Agent That Writes Marketing Content in a Company's Own Voice
Wysera has launched an AI agent that drafts marketing copy, social posts and replies in a company's stored brand voice, holding every piece for human approval before it publishes rather than posting automatically. Dover, United States - Oct 31, 2026 - Wysera has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) agent that writes marketing copy in a company's own voice rather than in the generic register most AI writing tools produce, and it is available to businesses worldwide from this month. The agent stores a company's brand voice as a versioned document that every part of the system reads from, drafts email, social posts, articles and replies against it, and holds each piece for a person to approve before anything publishes. Wysera built it in response to a shift that has made generated content cheap and abundant while making it steadily less effective, as both buyers and search engines have grown better at recognising copy that no human wrote. The cost of producing written content collapsed over the past two years. Anyone can now generate a month of posts in an afternoon. The predictable consequence is that most of it reads the same way, because most of it is produced by the same handful of models given roughly the same instruction. That creates two distinct costs. The first is commercial. Buyers have become fluent at spotting machine written copy, and a post that reads like a template damages trust faster than publishing nothing would. The second is mechanical. Search engines have moved to demote generic, mass produced material, which means volume alone no longer buys visibility and can actively work against it. The result is a position many small businesses now find themselves in: more content than ever, less return from it than before, and no practical way to produce writing at useful volume that still sounds like a person wrote it. The approach rests on treating brand voice as a stored asset rather than as a prompt typed fresh each time. Inside BrandWyse, a company defines its identity, tone and guardrails once. That definition is versioned, so updating it produces a new version rather than overwriting history. Every other part of the system reads from the same document, which means a change made once is picked up everywhere the company publishes, and the tone of an email matches the tone of a social post without anyone coordinating it by hand. Drafting happens in PostWyse, the marketing workspace, which covers email outreach, social publishing, articles and website analytics in one place. The second element is grounding. Wyse, the agent that runs across the software, reads the record it is writing about. A reply to a prospect carries the history of that conversation, which deal it belongs to and what was discussed last. The practical effect is that a follow up reads like a follow up rather than a first contact, which is the specific failure that makes automated outreach recognisable. Wysera's stated design principle is that nothing goes out on a company's behalf until a person approves it. Drafts are queued for review, each one can be approved, edited or rejected, every action is written to the record, and changes can be rolled back. Autonomy can be increased one category at a time, once an operator has watched the system work on a given type of content. The company presents this as the deliberate opposite of tools that publish on a schedule without review, on the argument that the review step is what keeps published work recognisably the company's own. Wysera also states that customer content and data are not used to train public models, that the agent learns only inside a given account, and that data can be exported or deleted on request. Wysera reports that 42 teams are using the software, across sectors including dental practices, medical devices, home care agencies, med spas and professional services. Biswajita, founder and chief executive of DentalPrice, said in a customer statement published by the co

Crescent Bioresearch KPV 10 mg Certificate Reports 207.9 EU of Endotoxin per Vial Against a 350 EU Limit, Tested at 0.005 EU/mL
Crescent Bioresearch published the endotoxin result for KPV lot CBR-KPV-260403-001 as a measured number: 207.9 EU per vial against a 350 EU limit, tested at 0.005 EU/mL. The release explains why the value, not the pass, is what a research entity can use. ALBANY, N.Y., Oct. 30, 2026 -- Crescent Bioresearch, a supplier of laboratory compounds, has published the endotoxin result for its current lot of KPV as a measured number that supports the result. The certificate for lot CBR-KPV-260403-001 reports 207.9 endotoxin units per vial against a threshold of 350, a lysate sensitivity of 0.005 EU/mL and a test volume of 2 mL. A 'pass' is printed along with the numerical endotoxin value, lysate sensitivity, and the threshold used to determine the pass. All four parameters were required in order to validate the endotoxin report. The compound KPV is the tripeptide lysyl-prolyl-valine, written Lys-Pro-Val, registered under CAS 67727-97-3. It corresponds to the last three residues of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, which is why the literature also calls it alpha-MSH (11-13). Crescent Bioresearch supplies KPV as a 10 mg fill for laboratory research. What was measured BTLabs, an independent third-party laboratory in West Palm Beach, Florida, tested the lot on October 20, 2026, with the Limulus amebocyte lysate test, LAL, under United States Pharmacopeia General Chapter 85, Bacterial Endotoxins Test. Endotoxin is the lipopolysaccharide of Gram-negative bacteria. It survives sterile filtration and ordinary heat, and cultured cells respond to it at very low concentrations. The test reports it in endotoxin units, EU, a measure of activity against a reference standard. For this lot the laboratory dissolved the vial in 2 mL and measured 207.9 EU per vial. The threshold was 350 EU per vial, so the lot sits at 59 percent of its limit. The determination is PASS. Why the number matters more than the pass A pass on this certificate means only that the result fell somewhere below 350 EU per vial. Every result from the bottom of the test's range up to that limit earns the same word. A lot at 5 EU and a lot at 340 EU would both be printed as PASS, though one carries nearly seventy times the endotoxin of the other. That spread is the reason the measured value is printed. A research entity does not work at the laboratory's threshold. It works at its own concentration, in its own cells, against its own tolerance for contamination, and it can only reach those figures from a number. For this lot the arithmetic is direct. Across the 10 mg fill, 207.9 EU comes to 20.79 EU per milligram, or about 0.021 EU per microgram. Those are the figures a research entity multiplies by the amount of material in each condition of an experiment to know how much endotoxin that condition carries. A certificate that printed only PASS would leave every one of those figures unknown. Why the sensitivity is printed beside it The lysate sensitivity is the smallest concentration the test can detect. On this report it is 0.005 EU/mL, ten times finer than the 0.05 EU/mL used on several other lots. The sensitivity describes the test, not the vial, and it is printed separately from the result so that the two cannot be confused. The sensitivity matters most when a result is low. A lot reported as below 5 EU per vial is reported at the edge of what its test could see; the true figure could sit anywhere beneath it. At 207.9 EU per vial this KPV lot is far above its detection limit, so the value is a measurement in the full sense, not a ceiling. What a number makes possible A measured value can be compared. When the next lot of KPV is tested, its result can be set beside 207.9 and the difference read directly. Two passes cannot be compared at all. A measured value can also be traced. If an experiment produces a response that does not repeat, the endotoxin carried into each run is one of the first variables to rule out. With a figure per milligram, a research entity can c
