Ep. 32 - Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999)

This week, Godzilla returns to Japan and is badder than ever. On this episode of 2 Black Guys Talk Godzilla, Aaron and Terence cover Toho’s efforts to recover from their miserable experience with America’s first attempt at Godzilla by delivering Godzilla 2000: Millennium, directed by Takao Okawara. This would mark the beginning of the franchise’s Millennium Era. There’s plenty to say about what this latest era brings to the franchise, how it differs from the others, what this entry adds to the series, and other notable aspects of this movie’s release. Enjoy!
