20 Huh?

In this episode, I talk about not feeling guilty for having free time. We live in such a fast pace world that sometimes we forget to stop and enjoy it. There is beauty is in the small everyday actions of life. It's important to daydream and let your mind wander. It's also important to have hobbies no matter how pointless they may seem. There is beauty in doing things just because they make you happy. Stop chasing the end result and enjoy the process. Bring passion back into your life :)

In this episode of 20 Huh? I talk about my first couple of weeks studying abroad in Rome. I talk about my first-time grocery shopping, participating in a cooking class, and my new favorite pizza place. I also share some inspirational advice I was given during my first week abroad.

In episode 5 I introduce a new segment on this podcast called "The Study Abroad Diaries". In this series of episodes, I will be talking all about my experience living in Rome, Italy as a college student. I'm creating this series with the hopes that it will answer any questions and provide an honest look at what it's like to live six thousand miles away from home. In this episode, I share my pre-departure jitters and I talk about my decision to study abroad, where I'll be traveling, and what I hope to get out of the experience.

In Episode 4 of 20Huh? I talk about "How to create a positive and inspiring Instagram Feed". Being apart of generation Z means that you've had an online presence since early adolescence. Although social media has the power to bring us together and spread information at the touch of a button, it also has the power to lower your confidence faster than you can say selfie. Listen to hear some of my favorite Instagram accounts that leave me feeling inspired instead of miserable.

In Episode 3 of 20Huh? I reflect on the end of the 2010 decade. The 2010s were filled with numerous dance crazes, one apocalyptic scare, and a lot of new technology. The world today looks nothing like how it did at the beginning of the decade and I'm sure you've changed a lot too. I also share my favorite tv shows, songs, and books from 2019. As well as give advice on how to make resolutions for 2020 and how to stick to them.
