On the show this week we discuss DOJ’s pathetic attempt to gaslight the country on the releases of the Epstein files, the murder of the Reiners allegedly by their son, and Trump’s vile and disgusting social media post about the Reiners. Then we discuss the news that the Reiner’s son made guests uneasy at a party the day before his parents were found dead, Sean Duffy and RFK, Jr. announcement that they want to put gyms in airports, and the DOJ claim that they arrested 4 people accusing them of planning to place bombs around Los Angeles on New Years Eve claiming they are Antifa. Next we discuss Trump designating Fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction as well as reclassifying marijuana from a Schedule 1 to a Schedule 3 drug, and the 10 Billion dollar defamation lawsuit that Trump filed against the BBC. Then we discuss the U.S. military blowing up more alleged drug boats, that the National Guard troops were withdrawn from Los Angeles before a court deadline, and California Governor Gavin Newsom’s appointment of a former CDC official, Dr. Susan Monarez, to lead California’s public health network. Next we discuss Trump’s useless pardon of Tina Peters who was convicted of Colorado state election charges and the Colorado Attorney General’s refusal to release her from prison, a Jet Blue flight averting a mid-air collision with a U.S. Air Force jet that didn’t have it’s transponder on, that Trump officials celebrated by eating cake after slashing aid to the people who died of Cholera, and that the US unemployment rate rose to 4.6%. Then we discuss that the US House left town after failing to extend the Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies, Trump’s announced blockade of oil tankers to Venezuela, and the Vanity Fair article with Susie Wiles and the White House meltdown over it and the photos. Next we discuss JD Vance going to U-Line in Pennsylvania to lie about the economy, Trump’s economic approval hitting new record lows, and Warner Bros. rejection of Paramount’s hostile bid. Then we discuss the 4 centrists Republicans revolt signing a discharge petition to force a vote on the ACA subsidies, a Federal Judge allowing Trump’s National Guard deployment in DC to continue, and Jack Smith’s testimony before the House committee. Next we discuss the announcement that the Oscars are moving to YouTube from ABC in 2029, Dan Bongino’s announcement that he is leaving the FBI, and Trump’s demands that Venezuela return land and oil rights to the US, and his unhinged televised national address where he yelled lies about how great his economy is. Then we discuss Trump’s partisan plaques on the “Presidential Walk of Fame” at the White House, RFK, Jr.’s cancellations of millions of dollars in grants to the American Academy of Pediatrics after they criticized his changes to vaccine recommendations for children, and the stock trading bill that includes Trump that the Democrats rolled out. Next we discuss Guislaine Maxwell asking a court to set aside her conviction, a Travel trade group’s warning about Trump’s proposed new social media rules for tourists, and the Coast Guard general who’s promotion was frozen by Senators over the new swastika and noose policy. Lastly we discuss the trailer for the new “Melania” documentary, Trump’s appointment of a Yale doctor who pushed unproven COVID treatments to lead U.S. cancer research efforts, and TikTok owner ByteDance signing a binding deal to create a new US joint venture. Next we discuss the White House ditching the Biden-era plan to compensate travelers for airline delays, Trump calling a reporter ‘piggy’ on Air Force One, and that a 3 Judge panel threw out Texas’ 2025 gerrymandered maps, but the Supreme Court stayed the order for Texas to use the 2021 maps in the mid-terms. Then we discussed Trump’s meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince in the Oval Office and saying he knew nothing about the killing of Jamal Khashoggi, the House and Senate passing the bill to force DOJ to release the Epstein files almost unanimously, and the possibly leaked audio call of Trump screaming on the phone that he will take everyone down with him if the Epstein files are released. Next we discuss the House’s failed attempt to censure Del. Stacey Plaskett, Trump and Vance not being invited to Dick Cheney’s funeral, and Bondi bot repeating that DOJ will follow the law to reporter’s questions about the release of the Epstein files. Then we discuss the state of the economy and the jobs reports showing the loss of 1 million jobs, the FBI stonewalling the House investigation into the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, PA, and the ‘Remove the Regime’ protest in DC on Saturday, Nov. 22nd. Next we discuss Trump’s Kremlin talking points plan for the Ukraine/Russia plan to end the war, the Department of Education removing the ‘professional’ designation for nurses, teachers, and other female dominated professions, and the House unanimously voting to repeal the provision allowing 8 Senators to due DOJ for having their call logs reviewed in the January 6th investigation.
