Samantha Morgan is an autistic and ADHD impact and inclusion consultant, she is also a speaker and systems-change advocate working at the intersection of psychology, lived experience, and organisational practice. She is the founder of the neuro-accessibility consultancy IDInclusion.  She is also the creator of the prominent parliamentary campaign Not Everyone Drinks. Her work focuses on dismantling systemic barriers and addressing structural disadvantages faced by neurodivergent, disabled, and socio-economically disadvantaged groups. Having experienced significant social, educational, health, and disability-related barriers firsthand, Samantha brings a unique combination of professional expertise, academic knowledge, and lived experience to her work. She helps organisations identify and reduce complex barriers across education, employment, housing, health, and community services.
