I just recently read the list of the 2007 winners of the <a href="http://www.jewishbookcouncil.org">National Jewish Book Awards.</a> Many of the winners are on my to read list such as <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0300115407?ie=UTF8&tag=thewandhedg-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0300115407">Spiritual Radical: Abraham Joshua Heschel in America, 1940-1972</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=thewandhedg-20&l=as2&o=1&a=0300115407" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />. However, I was shocked to learn that I had not heard of the winner for Fiction or any of the finalists in that category for that matter. So I am adding the following books to my list:<br /><br /><a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0805242511?ie=UTF8&tag=thewandhedg-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0805242511">A Pigeon and a Boy: A Novel</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=thewandhedg-20&l=as2&o=1&a=0805242511" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /><br /><br /><a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1592641458?ie=UTF8&tag=thewandhedg-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=1592641458">If You Awaken Love</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=thewandhedg-20&l=as2&o=1&a=1592641458" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /><br /><br /><a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0061130400?ie=UTF8&tag=thewandhedg-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0061130400">The Septembers of Shiraz</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=thewandhedg-20&l=as2&o=1&a=0061130400" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />
