She went on to complete an internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and a post-doctoral residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School.<br /><br />Dr. Wolkin has extensive training in the neuropsychological assessment and therapeutic feedback/remediation of traumatic brain injury patients and patients with various neurological and/or neurodevelopmental difficulties. Dr. Wolkin provides neuropsychological and psychological (pre/post-surgical) assessment services, non-surgical/pharmacological pain management adjunctive therapies, and general psychotherapy.<br /><br />Dr. Wolkin is currently an adjunct professor at New York University undergraduate College of Arts and Sciences and has a faculty appointment as Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at New York University Langome Medical Center. She is also an Attending Clinical Psychologist at the New York University Langome Medical Center at the Center for the Study and Treatment of pain. Dr. Wolkin is also in private practice at Long Island Neuropsychological Services, Long Island, New York.
