Recorded Aug 10, 2024. On this episode of the Bill Alexander Show, Bill talks with Savannah Hauk. Savannah is a life-long crossdresser who began experimenting with feminine clothing at the age of 6-years-old, I grew up with the inherent understanding I was different than the other kids in the neighborhood. I grew up without the ability to easily find information about who I might be. It was only after moving to New York City in 1996 that Savannah was fully accepted, discovered and developed. Becoming more involved in the local CD community on Long Island allowed me to flourish before a move to the Bible-belt of Upstate of South Carolina broadened my involvement with the greater LGBTQ+ community and created the need for more visibility and advocacy.I have written two non-fiction books, one focused on crossdressers and their significant ones (“Living with Crossdressing: Defining a New Normal”) and the other focused on a Crossdresser’s personal development (“Living with Crossdressing: Discovering your True Identity”).I also speak at transgender and LGBTQ+ conferences, such as the Keystone Transgender Conference in Harrisburg, PA and NewYorkComingOut Transgender Conference in Manhattan, NY.
