Director Danny Boyle and actors Dev Patel and Freida Pinto discuss the making of their film Slumdog Millionaire,  the winner of this year's People’s Choice Award at the Toronto Film Festival.

Acclaimed filmmaker Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, 28 Days Later) discusses the making of Slumdog Millionaire with his first-time lead actors of the film, Dev Patel and Freida Pinto. Already a winner for this year's People's Choice award at the Toronto Film Festval, the film has received critical acclaim for Danny, screenwriter Simon Beaufoy (The Full Monty) and the up-and-coming stars of the film. Slumdog Millionaire is the story of an impoverished Indian teen, Jamal Malik, and how he became a contestant on the Hindi version of Who Wants to be A Millionaire?  His endeavor is without prize money in mind; instead, it is an effort to prove his love for his friend Latika, who is an ardent fan of the show.
