Looking back at a conversation with Ziferblat the day after their dramatic semi-final qualification, James analyses the pressures weighing down on artists, considers how much impact Eurovision&#8217;s brand-new Code of Conduct has made to their experience, and asks delegation members and community media journalists whether we can do more for the artists who put in months of intense work for just three minutes in the spotlight.
