I want to make this episode the most important one by introducing my mum (Lesley Williams Artist)as we have a collaboration that involves art, music, dance, play, mental things, poetry, values, unconditional love and all its variants plus a vision to contribute towards human wellbeing in its many aspects. Freestyle is being natural and inventing on the fly which is my main thing. Statecraft: The Art of Switching On. States are the hidden architecture of our days. Flow is one, meditation is another, but there are countless more: alertness, softness, focus, play, stillness, charge, surrender. Most people stumble between them unconsciously, pulled by tension or distraction. But states aren't accidents, they're instruments. This mix is designed to help you notice the shifts, move with intention, and turn everyday living from reaction into composition.

They say home is where your hat is. For me, it's where my headphones are. But beyond roofs and rooms, there's another kind of home we all carry inside, a true home within. You might feel it in meditation, or in what I call Stillpoint, that moment of inner silence where breath, body, and mind rest in the same rhythm. I often find it after movement and flow. The first half of this mix invites motion, walk, run, dance, train, stretch, or simply let the body sway. Rhythm holds you so you don't have to force it. The second half softens into ambience, perfect for meditation, reflection, or drifting toward sleep. And when the last note fades, don't rush to fill the space. Let the silence remain, even for a minute.
