This bill proposed to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit the application of certain private land use restrictions to amateur station antennas in HOAs. It didn’t pass. Now, the bill is back, and with it a grassroots effort to push it through legislation from none other than the ARRL. How You Can Help Get The Bills Passed 37:00 1. Write Congress. The most direct action right now is to send letters to your Representative and both Senators using the ARRL tool at send-a-letter.org.
