I have always been fascinated with getting surround sound with just two audio channels in a recording process known as binaural recording. The only limitation to hear this surround sound you need to wear head phones to hear the surround sound effect.  I recorded this with the high sensitivity SP-TFB-2, in-ear, Binaural microphones (cost  $89)  that look like headphones and plugged it into my Tascam DR-07 digital recorded.  I simply put the microphones in my ears like headphones and recorded this podcast.
