Stack Skills to Future-Proof Your Life and Business

The art of stacking skills is underpraised, underestimated, and unappreciated. In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) is about to disrupt industries across the globe, we are well advised to keep our hands on the steering wheel while continuously growing our toolkit. An haute couture designer today, and an event manager tomorrow? An IT specialist working in a corporate job today, transitioning into a position as a telecommunications engineer? A medical doctor performing surgeries today, however, teaching clean eating and gardening techniques tomorrow? If you think the above is far-fetched, I challenge you to think harder and stop being complacent. Technology is again about to disrupt our way of living, eating, doing business, and so forth. Unfortunately, few control their behavior when it comes to tech consumption. In most cases, devices, gadgets, apps, and Co. are controlling the minds of the masses. Addiction is a beast, and being a tech slave isn’t a pretty landscape. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">REINVENT YOURSELF. AGAIN. AND AGAIN. AND AGAIN.</h2> We, us, the world around us, consciousness if you will, have picked up in speed significantly. Whether we have developed better sensors to pick up the Mandela effect, aka spot glitches in the matrix and swap between timelines, is irrelevant; the fact is, our human bodies and minds are struggling to adjust to a perceived faster spin. Pointing fingers and blaming outside factors is easy; turning inwards, remembering who we truly are and why we came, is a whole different ballgame. If we don’t want to succumb to the AI tech show that’s knocking at the door and turn into some weird human puppets without a purpose, we’d better double, triple, and quadruple down on honing new and/ or adjacent skills. This also requires us to sit down, quiet the mind, and start asking ourselves some serious questions: <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>What will be the future demands?</li> <li>What infrastructure will AI need?</li> <li>What is the human soul going to long for?</li> <li>How can I recognize new opportunities and thrive in chaos and mayhem?</li> <li>What skills, knowledge, and experience do I need to stack to future-proof myself for what’s coming down the pipeline?</li> <li>How can I prepare mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually to tackle uncertainty and expand?</li> </ul> Shallow thinking was yesterday. Peeling back the layers of the programming, disengaging with identity patterns we have adopted, and strengthening our mental stamina while tapping into our powerful, vast human potential are prerequisites for a healthy life and a profitable business. Circling back to the questions above, here are a few answers to chew on and contemplate: Running the AI infrastructure will require more electricity, wider cooling systems with greater capacity, clean energy, and cybersecurity, to name a few. On the other hand, I expect individuals to pay other individuals to go for a walk and have a chat. Yes, we will pay to remind ourselves that we are human and need social connection and bonding. Meeting up with like-minded people, going to events with a group of like-kindred spirits, or traveling with like-hearted souls looking to expand consciousness are “niches” that will attract money, aka generate a lot of business. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">STACK BABY, STACK.</h2> As <a href="https://www.strengthinbusiness.com/category/entrepreneur/">entrepreneurs</a> and <a href="https://www.strengthinbusiness.com/category/small-business-2/">small business owners</a> will continue to be the backbone of economies worldwide, we need to stay vigilant, innovative, and flexible. Creativity enables us to come up with new ideas and navigate this third-dimensional realm with conviction, self-confidence, and power. Keep experimenting. What I Learned from Writing 400+ Poems, Stories, and Wiz Drips in 3 Years

I started my journey as a creative writer three years ago, although I’ve written my first fiction story when I was seven years old. Over the past few decades, I’ve written a plethora of business papers, guides, articles, and blog posts; however, writing poems, stories, and wiz drips has re-ignited a flame in me I thought had vanished with my childhood dreams. Firing, balancing, and harmonizing the left and right hemispheres of my brain to work together in tandem has been a blast. While writing about business, mindset, sports, and health topics, which I’m extremely passionate about, all derive from my logical mind, when it comes to sharing my poems, stories, and wiz drips with the world, it’s as if the universe is speaking through me. Tapping into the quantum field and downloading codes that translate into miraculous, creative pieces amazes me every single time. When I write about the latter, I’m gone, wandering through galaxies, stargates, multidimensional wormholes, you name it. Experience, knowledge, stacked skills, passion, strengths, and talent are the forces I tap into when writing about business, mindset, and Co. A sacred gift, ancient wisdom, and a deep knowing drive and pull me to write my creative pieces. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">CLARITY. POWER. LOVE. WRITING.</h2> Writing helps clarify my thoughts and harmonize the energy flow between the mind, heart, and soul. Oftentimes, words, phrases, and ideas hit me when I’m in the gym lifting weights or running on the treadmill. Funny enough, they are always associated with business or gaining a new perspective on my entrepreneurial journey. Never does anything related to poems or stories access my conscious mind when training. Unlike writing about business, where I often have a well-thought-out concept, strategy, or principle I intend to share with my community, when sitting down to craft a poem, story, or wiz drip, I never know what I will write about. Disengaging the analytical mind and allowing myself the freedom to swap between a poem or story easily opens a well of creativity I’ve come to surrender to. I’m humbled to immerse myself and bathe in a colorful bouquet of emotions I never experienced in the third-dimensional realm of business, mindset, sports, and health. No judgment. Allowance. Acceptance. Letting my soul soak and explore the depths and widths of the all-encompassing present moment. Alongside clarity, something else emerges. My heart beats stronger. My consciousness expands. Bravery. Sovereignty. Power. I’m bathing in these wonderful experiences. And then, there’s laughter, joy, bliss, and every now and then, a teardrop tingling my cheeks. I call it love. Or is it unity? It simply is. Being. Living. No labels whatsoever. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">LAWYERS. DOCTORS. ELECTRICIANS.</h2> When a U.S. attorney reaches out to me because my poems remind him of the fairytales his grandparents shared with him … When doctors are reminded of their precious early childhood memories because a line in one of my fiction stories stirred something deep within them … When an electrician attending my workshop is mesmerized by the vast emotions he experiences when reading my creative pieces … … I know how powerful the messages are that I’m sharing with beautiful souls who recognize themselves in these works. By writing 400+ poems, stories, and wiz drips over the course of three years, I’ve come to understand that I’m here to help humans, as well as myself, remember how powerful we are. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">SPIRITUAL HARVEST.</h2> The space I call “home” for my creative writing is <a href="https://hive.blog/@kriszrokk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Hive</a>, a decentralized blockchain network that puts you in control of the game. You own your assets. You control your account. You connect with a community of like-minded and like-hearted individuals. And yes, you also get to monetize your precious work. This is where I publish all my poems, stories, and wiz drips FIRST. Then, I proceed with sharing my creative pieces on other channels and platforms. The original stays on Hive, though. To increase visibility for my creative art, I’ve published my first book in this genre, entitled “Spiritual Harvest,” which is available on <a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D387N24S" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Amazon</a>. To say that it has been an exciting and inspiring journey would be an understatement. The Fine Art of Rinse and Repeat in Business

Consistency. Discipline. Perseverance. Pursuing mastery in business through tedious tasks is an unusual path. Repeating the fundamentals over and over again, tweaking, and adjusting, only to come back to the same “boring” tasks, is not everyone’s cup of tea. Fancy. Cool. Trendy. The icing on the cake, the quick win, lures the masses in. Starting a business and becoming an entrepreneur is overhyped. Nobody sells the work, skills, and the boring tasks that are required to build something sustainable. Many young entrepreneurs I encounter still believe that posting random videos on YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram will lead to luxury cars, yachts, and lavish parties to impress XYZ. Some make a few bucks here and there, only to spend them as quickly as they earn them. Very few are equipped for the long game. Meanwhile, as years pass by, their flame dims or perishes entirely, and they end up with a list of wishes and another one of excuses, should-haves, and could-haves. For those of you looking to build a long-lasting business that feeds your family and, more importantly, nourishes your soul, stop buying into the overnight success formula promoted across social channels. You already know this; I’m just here to remind you. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Allow “What” Questions to Broaden Your Perspective</h2> I’ve been navigating the business realm for nearly three decades, and I’ve yet to encounter the super entrepreneur par excellence who built his/her business and became a millionaire (or billionaire) overnight. Building a sustainable business requires a ton of stamina. It’s often a lonely road with lots of seen and unseen obstacles. The navigator (you, the entrepreneur, the business owner) is challenged every single day, hour, and even minute. Belief systems, patterns, and habits are dismantled and shattered as growth lurks around every corner, balance sheet, client conversation, product, or service. Is the game rigged? Are the odds in your favor? How much risk is required to “win”? Nice questions, but none of them will help you find clarity and move the needle closer to where you want to go. Let’s be practical and ask questions that will provide us with actionable insights: <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>What skills, experiences, talents, strengths, and gifts do I bring to the table?</li> <li>What am I passionate about?</li> <li>What is it that I excel at?</li> <li>What am I willing to trade (time, money, life force, aka energy) to achieve XYZ?</li> <li>What do I need to do consistently to zero in on my ego, feelings, emotions, and mental capabilities?</li> <li>What values and principles are a must for those who want to join my team?</li> </ul> Please add further questions as you sit down to answer the above. You might have noticed that I didn’t include How, Why, and Who questions in the little questionnaire. I did this on purpose. “What” questions force the mind to cooperate with your heart and intuition (soul, gut feeling, whatever you want to call it), and stop looking for escape and excuses. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Punchline</h2> While you embrace the unknown and learn to dance with <a href="https://www.strengthinbusiness.com/why-you-need-to-make-uncertainty-your-best-friend/">uncertainty</a>, focus on what you can control. Use the answers from the above-outlined questions to operate from a place of power rather than greed, need, frustration, or fear. Let discipline, consistency, and resilience help you build a solid foundation and <a href="https://www.strengthinbusiness.com/fundamentals-enables-you-to-become-extraordinary/">master the fundamentals</a>. Measure as much as you can; remember, what gets measured, gets accomplished. Furthermore, stay flexible and ready to pivot when necessary. When Change Giggles at You

Do you perceive change as painful? How do you tackle the process of transformation? Avoidance is a strategy, although, more likely than not, it will backfire. Facing the unknown head-on is another one. Embracing and dancing with uncertainty is a phenomenal skill worth acquiring. Frightening. Weird. Annoying. We use a plethora of words to describe the emotional turmoil we go through when we’re navigating life’s troublesome waters. Regaining the zero point, that sweet spot where we can draw power from dark and light without judging ourselves requires a lot of resources. The all-encompassing guide on how to navigate this third-dimensional realm and enjoy the adventure is not provided upon birth. So we paddle and stumble left, right, and center to discover more of who we are and why we’re here in the first place. The balancing act remains a strange concept, an exquisite art few manage to master. The physical plane enables us to use our senses and sharpen our intuitive capabilities, provided we have the guts to look behind the veil and uncover the very essence of who we truly are. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Be the Joker.
