And, if I had to guess, it is likely that Allness/Giddi sued Giddy/Jacobson for copying their name or violating their intellectual property. I am sorry that this is not definitive but I will keep looking. PS- If you Google 'Get Me Giddy' or 'Giddy' it looks like they ripped off a lot of people.
