She also leads education at Stanford Lifestyle Medicine and is a research affiliate at Harvard Medical School's Institute of Lifestyle Medicine. With a PhD in nutritional biochemistry from Tufts and postdoctoral training at Harvard, her work explores the impact of nutrition, supplementation, and physical activity on muscle physiology and longevity.
