Hey all! As you may know, we at Ready Check are huge fans of Diablo III. So, it’s with great pleasure that we’ve been asked to help out with the official launch event for the new expansion, Reaper of Souls, on Monday 24th March! Here are the details:

[bluepost name=”Blizzard” url=”” ]Join members of the Blizzard Europe Community team on Monday, March 24 at Meltdown London for a special live event to celebrate the release of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls!

You’ll be able to participate in some awesome contests for the chance to win Reaper of Souls Collector’s Editions, T-shirts, and other goodies. Coming all the way from California, Diablo III Lead Game Producer Alex Mayberry will be there in person to sign your swag.

We’ll also be broadcasting the Reaper of Souls live streamed event direct from the DreamHack studios in Stockholm, Sweden. The stream will showcase the game’s great new features and include live interviews with members of the Diablo III development team. We’ll hear from some notable members of the community as well.

The fun starts at 21:00 and runs until midnight.

That’s where you come in. We’d really like your help discussing them, so we’re offering you the chance to win a physical, boxed copy of the Mists of Pandaria Collector’s Edition. All you need to do to win is let us know your favourite track from the MoP soundtrack and why you love it so much. What kind of feelings does it bring up in you? What does it remind you of when you hear it? What were you doing in-game when you first heard it? Give us your thoughts on these, and anything else that comes to mind.

We would also absolutely love to get some of you talking about it on the podcast, so if you’re not too shy, then record yourself talking about the track and we’ll feature the best bits on the show. As well as counting as an entry to the Collector’s Edition grand prize, we’re also giving away a Mists of Pandaria themed Steelseries QcK Mousemat for the best recording. You can either record yourself (using Audacity, or whichever program you like) and email it to us, or leave us a voicemail on the sidebar to the right of this post.

Email your submissions to [email protected], and let us know your character name, server and faction. The competition closes on Monday 24th February, so that gives you plenty of time to listen and let us know what you think! The competition is open to anyone in the EU or NA.

UPDATE: Although the competition is open to everyone, the collector’s edition is for the EU servers only. We’ll have a chat with Blizzard to see if they can help…
