Set in the future of 1996 and then the future of 2032 it pits him against Wesley Snipes' Simon Phoenix having the absolute time of his life.  And that's the whole movie real, just an absolute blast from the get go with somewhat accurate depictions of the future mixed in with absolute insanity like the three sea shells situation.
