Today is a good long Flow Diaries of all the things I never imagined happening this past week! I am building our next project for you in a way I NEVER imagined was possible. And it has been all hands on deck to sprint it out to be ready for January. It was a flow I never saw coming!I also share the realizations I've had about the reason my brain and memory was getting so affected (so happy to share what it is in case it helps you, too!). Plus, I'm reflecting on what this whole journey has taught me overall about our bodies and healing stages. Let's go to the show!
