We discuss an editorial published in the January 2024 issue of CJSM with the author, Dr. Jason Zaremski who runs a throwing clinic at the University of Florida. We also speak with one of his patients who suffered a UCL injury, Grant Gano, and his father, Steve. We discuss loopholes in the current pitching recommendations, how they might be modified, and sneak in a conversation about softball injuries too.
