3801 – December 22, 2025 – Americans Should Be FURIOUS, I’m Worried That They Are Not – All signers of The Declaration of Independence were Christians, they held Deep faith in Judeo Christian values and beliefs. Republican Party Platform of 1856: Resolved: That, with our Republican fathers, we hold it to be a self-evident truth, that all men are endowed with the inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and that the primary object and ulterior design of our Federal Government were to secure these rights to all persons under its exclusive jurisdiction; that, as our Republican fathers, when they had abolished Slavery in all our National Territory, ordained that no person shall be deprived of life, Liberty, or property, without due process of law, it becomes our duty to maintain this provision of the Constitution against all attempts to violate it for the purpose of establishing Slavery in the Territories of the United State by positive legislation, prohibiting its existence or extension therein. That we deny the authority of congress, of a Territorial Legislation, of any individual, or association of individuals, to give legal existence to Slavery in any Territory of the United States, while the present Constitution shall be maintained. Republican party was established to end slavery. Americans Should Be FURIOUS, I’m Worried That They Are Not LINCOLN’S SECOND INAUGRUAL ADDRESS: Fellow countrymen: at this second appearing to take the oath of the presidential office there is less occasion for an extended address than there was at the first. Then a statement somewhat in detail of a course to be pursued seemed fitting and proper. Now, at the expiration of four years during which public declarations have been constantly called forth on every point and phase of the great contest which still absorbs the attention and engrosses the energies of the nation little that is new could be presented. The progress of our arms, upon which all else chiefly depends is as well known to the public as to myself and it is I trust reasonably satisfactory and encouraging to all. With high hope for the future no prediction in regard to it is ventured. On the occasion corresponding to this four years ago all thoughts were anxiously directed to an impending civil war. All dreaded it – all sought to avert it. While the inaugural address was being delivered from this place devoted altogether to saving the Union without war insurgent agents were in the city seeking to destroy it without war ~ seeing to dissolve the Union and divide effects by negotiation. Both parties deprecated ware but one of them would make war rather than let the nation survive, and the other would accept war rather than let it perish. And the war came. One eight of the whole population were colored slaves not distributed generally over the union but localized in the southern part of it. These slaves constituted a peculiar and powerful interest. All knew that this interest was somehow the cause of the war. To strengthen perpetuate and extend this interest was the object for which the insurgents would rend the Union even by war while the government claimed no right to do more than to restrict the territorial enlargement of it. Neither party expected for the war the magnitude or the duration which it has already attained. Neither anticipated that the cause of the conflict might cease with or even before the conflict itself should cease. Each looked for an easier triumph and a result less fundamental and astounding. Both read the same Bible and pray to the same God and each invokes His aid against the other. It may seem strange that any men should dare to ask a just God’s assistance in wringing their bread from the seat of other men’s faces but let us judge not that we be not judged. The prayers of both could not be answered ~ that of neither has been answered fully.  The Almighty has His own purposes. “Woe unto the world because of offenses for it must needs be that offenses come but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh.” Much, much more in the podcast! 3800 – December 19, 2025 – Stop Supporting Your Enemies – Daniel Turner of Power the Future joins Beth Ann for TWO segments today to help her save her voice. I’m not gonna lie to you – it’s been a rough week. I still sound horrible, for which I apologize, but I feel better… like I’m on the mend. Let’s talk today about NOT supporting or feeding our enemies. As we are heading into this new year 2026… 250 years of so-called independence, it would seem that we are not so independent after all. In and out of consciousness this week, I heard several commentators say that the democrats alone own the failed Obamacare… aka Affordable Care Act… I remember this differently.  FIRST it was Justice Roberts on the supreme court that allowed it to go through… claiming it was constitutional (yeah right) and as they always do… Chief Justice John Roberts voted to uphold the central provision of the Obamacare bill (the individual mandate) in the 2012 case National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius by interpreting the penalty as a legitimate exercise of Congress’s taxing power, rather than its power to regulate interstate commerce. Then Americans gave Republicans the majority with the promise to defund Obamacare AND defund Planned Parenthood (both still have not happened) THEN… when we finally had ‘em… in walks the hero (not mine, not yours) John McCain… casting the tie breaking vote to defund Obamacare BUT he hated President Trump MORE than he ever loved his country… so he gave US ALL A THUMBS DOWN… and he continued the funding of Obamacare… YES… republicans had their hands on this… all along!
