In this episode we discuss how to deal with criticism and feedback. I discuss the emotions you might feel about criticism, taking into account who you’re receiving criticism from, and what to say when you receive it.

In today’s episode we talk about feedback: why it’s important, considering the relationship, and how to give it. My answer is with love and logic, not to be confused with the parenting book. I mentioned a technique called an “I” statement.

I recently read this great book by Richard Shell called Springboard: Launching Your Personal Search for Success. I highly recommend this book as food for thought for clarifying your goals, defining success, and general food for thought.
